Eugenia Rocafort has a degree in Health Biology from the University of Barcelona. She performed her Master’s degree in Biomedicine at the same university, completing her master thesis about “in Vitro maturation of human oocytes” at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm with the Eurolife Fellowship. She specialised in reproduction at the Dexeus Institute in Barcelona while doing a Master’s in Embryology and Human Reproduction Techniques. She is now the IVF Laboratory Coordinator and Senior embryologist at Fertility Barcelona, the Assisted Reproduction Unit of Quironsalud Hospital in Barcelona. Eugenia is a member of various scientific societies and has participated in many congresses and workshops, national and internationally. She has published and also collaborates as a reviewer in several specialized journals. Her primary area of research is embryology, specifically focused embryo culture, PGT and new technologies.
